....so yesterday it was driving back from church, today it's walking back from work and my mind wandered, as always...
There are so many developing projects around town, with the sound of those heavy machineries pounding the concrete stilts deep into earth, and the tractors digging earth up, and drivers and motorists rushing to and fro from work I presume, causing massive traffic congestion. Everyone is like rushing for time, and time is so mean to not wait for anyone. They would wait until at the eleventh hour and when time is running out, they'd rush like a F1 driver recklessly driving buzzing wildly like a bullfrog agitated if you were in their way. Why would they rush for a single minute late if they can wait till the spur moment to act? Why would they risk that one minute and loose forever when they could at least loose that one minute but gain forever? Why must they thrive for the blood rush of that last-minute-stress to drive their action? Why can't they act earlier and save that compelling and destructive blood rush? Can they maintain a perfect performance always thriving for that blood rush? Certainly no one is perfect but not giving ample time for any mistakes along the way? What happens if say the car breaks down? Or if they suddenly need to go to the toilet urgently? Or if the police stops them for reckless driving? Wouldn't that eat up more than a minute of the time already? If it was for fun, how long can fun last? Having fun all the while is going to be destructive, not? Or perhaps I'm missing out on certain different perspectives here.. lemme see:-
They could be stuck with previous appointments thus the rush? Or they could still be in bed not being able to wake up to get ready in time? Or they were too busy that they lost track of the time? Or they took too much time donning makeups or being vain? Or they were already in the toilet bombing like a B2 Carrier? Or they feel like they are some V.V.I.P.? Or they had other chores to do? Or they have to send their kids/brothers/sisters/mom/dad to somewhere? Or they got caught in the jam because of the same people like them who rushes at the very end of everything? Or they just love being indescribably yet pathetically late all the time?
So why rush, if someone were to think that they are some hot shot? Why rush and risk that one minute or for some, to the extreme - half an hour or more? If someone can and able and is willing to waste that few minute of others time to rush later on, why not just waste the whole day? Wouldn't that save others' of their time waiting for you? Why not make full use of the time and be on time? And I think rushing at the very last minute is not a wise thing to do, and saying that doesn't mean I don't rush myself, knowing how imperfect us humans can be, all that can be done is to try to plan and use the time wisely so no time will be wasted?
Hmm....I suppose that's fairly enough for this post, any further I might just confuse you in circles ^^
