Review on Christmas Blitz : 02 [Special Edition]

To show that they really wanna welcome the folks...they made to signs just in case they feel they're in the wrong place ...


Everything was prepared, everything in order every piece of instrument and every gizmo, pedals cables you name it...they're all good to go...



Why even the Christmas tree is ...functioning



Oh can you see the camera person in this close-up shot?


Well then they had the opening dance from the TMC gals'
It was an eye opener really...

Don't blame me for not knowing what dance were they thumping to, I'm illiterate when it comes to dancing XD



Victoria.C is seen here as the master of ceremony


...and as you can see from this picture above, there's tables in the middle; well almost middle, and they're the judges for the Cosplay Competition, by the looks of it, they're evaluating carefully...



And then it was the time to Praise the Lord! The HG Band played them with full emotions







And next there was the simple song presentation by the TMC Band, they belted an upbeat version of Hark The Herald Angels Sing ...real cool!





Later there was the Drama entitled Unforgettable (if I'm not mistaken)


Here's the Angel, now why didn't the Angel from the drama participate in the Cosplay Competition? -_-"


But most of all, this was the melting point, the boiling point, the extraction point...

I had to make a double take to show how dramatic they would be on stage, it's like a totally different person...could be in the running for an award~

Next is the Silent Night rendition accompanied by a veteran violinist


The High School Musical Dance was the wrap for this edition





And with so much preparation to furnish the place, they need to return the whole place to its original look in just a couple of hours!

Call it TEAMWORK!

And you'll have the job done in no time!



Now this is a sight to see..
A car designed to match to that of HG
...such passionate people who would do something out of ordinary...
but the car looks empty don't you think?




NOW What's a car designed in such unique distinctiveness without models ~



All and all, this was a blast
despite there were areas to improve on,
but if one were to focus more on the negativity and not the positivity,
then this event won't be possible...
On behalf of the committee, Thanks to all for sharing the joy together in one accord

Power Prayer

Their Spiritual State from the verse 1 John 2:12-14

12I write to you, dear children,
because your sins have been forgiven on account of his name.
13I write to you, fathers,
because you have known him who is from the beginning.
I write to you, young men,
because you have overcome the evil one.
I write to you, dear children,
because you have known the Father.
14I write to you, fathers,
because you have known him who is from the beginning.

because you are strong,
and the word of God lives in you,
and you have overcome the evil one.

..is to be matured spiritually as a child cannot take care of a child;
children can't produce food (not denying some can)
but children are by common unable to even take care of themselves
therefore we need fathers and mothers who is able to take care of the children
and by saying father and mothers, doesn't applicate solely
to our biological fathers and mothers;
but moreover to being matured into a spiritual father and spiritual mother
in order to take care of the child-like and guide them to grow spiritually.



Stop following the worldly nature of stature
but lead a God-driven trend of coolness

Readings from 1 Samuel 30

I would not talk about the verse above but I will connect to it later.

First, some history:

1. David was anointed to be king of Israel by Samuel.

2. David suppose to lead Israel.

3. David suppose to be a replacement for Saul.

4. David suppose to rule over Israel. (knew beforehand)

In the previous chapters (1Sam 27-29), we see that:

1. David is lost after the death of Samuel.

2. David is living with the enemies of Israel (Philistines).

3. David is running away from Israel (Saul).

4. David is soon going to war with Israel.

HOW IN THE WORLD DID DAVID RULER OF ISRAEL GET INTO THIS SITUATION???

As I connect to the main verse above, David, later after meeting his ‘suppose to be enemies’, found that someone stole both his men’s wives and his wives and he is in deep trouble.

Now, after all this, my main point is found in later part of verse 6,

“But David strengthened himself in the LORD his God.”

How do I relate to our lives?

There are many times that we continue to sin one after another, from a small sin to a big sin, until one day everything around us seems to be out of control and we totally give up.

But the love of God with his amazing grace will soon be in control if we turn back to him and strengthened ourselves in the Lord.
