On World AIDS Day, 1st December the National AIDS Trust is calling on people to get talking about HIV and break the silence and stigma that puts people at risk of infection.
Here are five things you can do to make a difference:

- Make a donation
- Wear a red ribbon
- Listen to people's experiences of living with HIV in the UK
- Attend a World AIDS Day event
